Guren is the leader of Moon Demon Company.Narumi family,Sayuri family and Shigure family are loyal to Ichinose family and work only for them,not Hiragi family.Sayuri and Shigure are Guren's bodyguards in LN's.
Guren's goal is to take down Hiragi family and then Guren (and Ichinose family) will be the leaders of Japanese Imperial Demon Army aka JIDA will then be a better place,not so evil like it's now under Hiragi.Guren wants to kill Tenri and Kureto,but they are too OP,so he is planing to use Serah of the end to kill them.Well,that was his goal 8 years ago.Mahiru wants the same thing : to kill Hiragi family even if she needs to use taboo subjects to do that.Again,that was her goal 8 years ago.

About Mahiru (I mean Mahiru from 8 years ago) : she went through the same experience as Guren .When her demon went to sleep,she was her old self,the good and kind Mahiru.Guren told Mahiru that he will find a way to extract the demon from her body.
Guren even used his own body for experiments with demons (Guren was already infected by demon in volume 2).
Mahiru was half demon in LN's aka 8 years ago.
8 years later : Mahiru is demon,while Guren is half demon.
