I'm sick of people throwing bigger and bigger numbers to show how intelligent you are. IQ is actually always made up of two numbers, the actual IQ and the standard deviation. It's needed, because we don't have objective numbering for it. An IQ of 400 with an SD of 300 means about 115 in usual measurment. Genius level is about 140. Normally, we use SD 15, so if someone rubs a high IQ in your face, just ask them what SD is it measured with.

I would say no unless his tantrum after the Ichigo fight and getting stuck in that chair was all part of his Keikaku.
Aizen is certainly very good at faking his intentions, a scientific genius, and rather manipluative, but his also relied heavily on his illusion-based zanpakuto, and the hogyoku, which required the user be daring rather than smart. He didn't get in many situations in which he would get totally fucked over unless he pulled off some sort of ingenious gambit. I've seen reality shows with more cunning villains than him.
