Subtracting Ranma Saotome's age at the series' beginning from the manga's original run date, he was likely born around 1971, meaning by now he would be about 46 years old.
>>
If 46 years Onna Ranma get preg, what happen next?

Increased risk of autism. Perfect for a child raised in Saotome tradition.

I don't think about it and neither should you

>There are people in this thread, RIGHT NOW, who don't set their Ranma fanfics in the 80s

shameful

But if they're not set in the early nineties at least, they can't cross over with Sailor Moon!
>>
How did the manga end?

>Ranma unconsciously Ara~ Ara~ing
FUND IT

Him marrying Akane, but Ryoga interrupting iirc
>>
Back in the day Ranma was the go-to series for crossovers. Whenever I go and look up old series its always a surprise if its abandoned and unfinished or there is a One Piece long pile of chapters I haven't read.
>>

You mean like this?
>>
>>135608025
Ranma beats up a physical god, the springs dry up and won't be usable for a year or so. Everyone is disappointed. They head home.
Ranma and Akane almost get shanghaied into a marriage together, and are nearly good with the idea, but still feel awkward about it. Ruckus occurs as various love interests and other parties show up to cause trouble.
The cursed spring guide sent a barrel of drowned man water to Ranma as a wedding gift, and there's another ruckus as everyone shows up to try and steal it/use it first, only it turns out Happosai drank the whole thing thinking it was super weak sake.
Shenanigans happen, the wedding is canceled, but the hint is that Ranma and Akane will try again, on their own terms.

Basically, Rumiko still had no idea how to end the story, didn't want to give closure, but still wanted to have the bossy, jealous, relatively plain girl win the story. Because that's her go-to plan for every single series.

fuck Rumiko, I used to love her stuff, but now that I'm older, they're not that good anymore.

Isn't that completely wrong, considering the endings of Urusei Yatsura, Maison Ikkoku and One-Pound Gospel?

Ranma ½ is probably the only series where the plain, bitchy girl wins. I wouldn't really considering InuYasha the same, given there was really no other choice other than Kagome, which was already the reincarnation of the only other choice, who was dead already anyway.

That's not even the case with Rin-ne, her current work.

Actually that was the original plan until Lum became massively more popular.
>>
Wasn't the pond Ranma dipped in the "drowned young girl" pond? That would mean female Ranma would not age.
>>
>>135604282
started this anime a week ago, on ep 21 now. anyone know where i can find a list of all the filler eps so i can skip them? i know this anime has to have a fuckton of filler since its from the 90's.
>>
>>135612167
It's a Rumiko Takahashi work, it's 90% filler.
>>
>>135612286

i'm talking about the the anime original episodes

True. But I honestly don't see how Rumiko could have kept Shinobu interesting/not killing Ataru long enough for the series to end how it did.
>>
>>135612167
Do yourself a favor and stop watching after season 3. It becomes terrible quickly. Manga remains hilarious though.
>>
>>135612092
And for a while after. The bad future wasn't specifically thrown out until Inaba.
