What is a good comic reader/viewer for Windows? The most important thing I'm looking for is a single page mode so I can just scroll through the whole comic instead of going page by page.
I don't need any kind of online functionality, just looking to read stuff that I have on my hard drive.

kissmanga

That's a website unless I'm mistaken. Or is there also a program with the same name?

tried honeyview? i don't think it has the single page thing you talkin about but you can literally read through the manga pressing like 1 button

I have, but it doesn't have what I'm looking for like you said.

Thanks, I'll test this.
I use Fastone Maxview for that.

Okay, I've tested this a bit now, it has what I was looking for, but it's quite clear it's not actually designed for reading comics.
There doesn't seem to be a way to hide the scroll bar, nor can I control the speed of the scrolling with either the scroll wheel or the up and down arrows as far as I could tell.

I'm skeptical about this too, since it's not advertised as a reader.

It's a general image viewer but it does work for me once I tinker with the settings.

Why are you saying </thread> when CDisplayEx can't do literally the only thing I said in the OP?
Unless there's been an update and I completely missed it of course, then I apologize.
