I think this show would have been helped considerably if it had been 23 or 24 episodes long rather than the 13 it ended on.
They kept introducing new characters constantly, showed with the giant girl in episode 5 that the virus could manifest in other ways besides just turning girls into weapons and then tried to throw a complex world plot at us and then for whatever reason decided that they would wrap it all up in a matter of an episode and a half.
