SHAFT. They could take a bunch of mundane stuff and make it stylish. It would still be mundane, but at least would have cool backgrounds and headtilts.
I mean, I guess any studio would be able to draw a still of a dude sitting in front of a monitor and show that for 24 minutes, so it wouldn't really make a difference. Still wouldn't give it to Toei though.
