Well, I just re-read the last few chapters and I'm pretty sure she still isn't cured. She says to Kasuga "You're normal, don't come back here" which means she's probably settled for being alone. She was shown to be happy Kasuga with Tokiwa, though. She still feels that way at the end so it probably wasn't just a teenage phase.
