>offers left hand
>she grabs his right hand
Why is Mori so fucking sloppy?
Too busy drawing rugs.
Might as well dump the whole chapter so we can get a thread going.

Another lesbian triangle I see.
I haven't read since the lesbian bath house and the drop in quality. Has it gotten better? Have we gone back to the ss yet?
>>135459071
That's pretty much where most of the fanbase died. There was also a bunch of takedowns as well as no DDL links which was fucking retarded.
>>135459071
>>135459136
It's crazy how the lesbian bathhouse killed this manga for me.
>>135459071
>Has it gotten better?
Even if it did, it updates so rarely and you don't get many pages either. >>135460287
>It's crazy how the lesbian bathhouse killed this manga for me.
Same for me. Should have focused on the other characters.
>>135459071
I actually like yuri, but fuck me if that arc wasn't boring af
>>135460651

He clearly turned and changed hand while she was just wondering if she should hold his hand. She is just pure like that.

Observe the large-eyebrowed female conveying her feelings through the medium of bread.

All I see is Pariya making me want to marry her.
>>135458531
too busy being lesbian
>>135464733
You'd be a lesbian too if you were a woman and could draw this for a living.
>>135463701
Dear god, if that little faggit doesn't marry her I will.
Fapping hard to volume 7 now.

You do realize the middle panel is just from the perspective of person standing to the left (near his left hand and her right), right?
>>135464938
That husband was completely oblivious to how women work. I wonder if he even knew how to make babies?
>>135464971
Explain the bottom right panel, then.
tl;dr:
Pariya is convinced to make Umar some fresh baked bread and attempts to just hand it to him and run away, but he stops her.
He says he saw her being all cheerful and energetic a while ago even though she's all gloomy and terse around him, so he asks if she doesn't like him and feels forced to marry him.
Pariya is shocked (she was horrified when Umar saw her being hyper while clearing the water canal because she though it was unladylike) and attempts to explain.
She takes the breads and explains all the patterns and charms she made on them, including wishes for health and, in the final bread, a knot pattern for well, tying the knot.
Umar is happy with the explanation.
Pariya is relieved.
They go on a cart and Pariya muses that she's fine with Umar.
>>135458531
He probably remembered that offering your left hand is absolutely haram.
reminder that Pariya's hair is fluffy when it's not braided
>>135466009
That's a lot of goat. Is it a visual pun to say that Pariya is GOAT?

Who's the other girl?
>>135458531
Will they get married soon, or will the author do a 4-year time skip?
>>135464989
>That husband was completely oblivious to how women work
Duh, he's a muslim man in 19th century Persia.
>gets married
>stops being the spinster character that you can identify with
some good, some bad
>>135467106
She needs three years to prepare all the sewing for the wedding.

>>135467106
>4 year timeskip
>Smith visits again
>just in time for Pariya's wedding
>Amir is pregnant
>>135467856
I know, that's why I asked if there'd be a time skip.
>>135467923
>The twins and their husbands show up too.
>you will never be a central asian bride
>>135466009
She truly is the best girl.

This series is quite popular here in France, it won awards at Angouleme and is published in large format
I had thought it wouldn't be possible to do an anime to match the manga, but in like of One Punch Man I now have to hope that one day this will get an anime done by competent people

>>135472567
After marriage, right?
>>135473466
But we'll be too busy painstakingly crafting offspring then
>>135471010
What about the clothes?
People didn't like the lesbian boathouse? The main wife was cute as fuck and it was a sweet story.
>>135475074
Haven't you ever seen Gankutusou?
>>135475285
She was annoying and art felt like a weird mix of Mori and, I don't know, something like Houseki no Kuni? Maybe she was trying to portray Persian women differently, but it felt out of place.
After Otoyomegatari, which historical setting would you like to see Mori tackle next?
>>135475839
It felt more floaty which fit her personality. I liked it, even if it wasn't as detailed as the main art. But I read this for more than art.
>>135475285
The wife looked like shit. Like her figure was canvas covered wooden frame, it wasn't human.
>>135458531
>hands holding
That's completely haram.
>>135476138
I think she was pretty.
>>135476183
Things that are haram today weren't haram back then. Muslim countries have sadly regressed in many regards
