One said in one of interviews that Saitamas thing is running. Its his sport so to say - numero uno out of all that he can do so his kicks are at least as strong as his punches.

ONE: I think running is his specialty. But he isn't good at sports like table tennis, football and etcetera where technique is required because Saitama hasn't practised them.

He makes every opponent tap out after one attempt? It'd be pretty damn boring. Most of the payoff with Saitama is that he makes his opponents explode from the force he applies. One Arm Bar Man's finishing moves would be just regular holds that are successful, nothing spectacular.
