The best way to do it is to not watch this shit at all, and to just watch the movie
Watch episode 25 first, then the rest in chronological. You'll no doubt skip some Endless Eight episodes and then the only really slow paced arc will be The Sighs. Everything after is a good return to form and leads perfectly into the movie.
I think broadcast order is cool too, but I wouldn't consider the Sighs to be a good ending before the movie.
