Liches in Overlord don't have phylacterys. plus Ainz isn't a Lich he's an Overlord (check his character sheet it's a legit racial class).

But Liches in Overlord have never been shown to phylactery's, the one Ainz created, Iguva, didn't have one, the lich from six arms (don't renember his name) didn't have one and even Ainz dosen't have one (but that could be atributed too the fact that he may be an evolved form of lich, an Overlord).
