I rewatched the tenchi series recently and i like ayeka better.

Ayeka is pretty great, but she can't compete with the fact her sister is literally growing up into a Goddess.
I liked Ayeka because she was a pretty princess.

Good news. She marries Tenchi.
Bad news 1:She is only the 2nd wife. Ryoko was first.
Bad news 2:She is made entirely irrelevant now that the cast has expanded to include multiple high ranking Royals, rendering her position as princess entirely moot. The last we saw her, she has taken up a hobby being a fashion designer. Ayaka no longer participate in battles because there are other people more eager to get their hands dirty.

Ayeka was always my favorite, despite being such a bitch, and maybe that actually was the reason. I don't know. But I found her somewhat more potentially interesting than the rest of the characters.
It's really hard to find artwork of the original Tenchi girls, speaking of which.
