I thought that Aldnoah.Zero was pretty enjoyable and then S2 happened.

Kill la Kill was never too promising anyway. Highly overrated and I liked TTGL.
First half was decent but once they started trying to shoehorn battles into every ep it went to pure shit. Characters were fucking awful especially Jerid the jobber and Katz
The moment it dropped off the cliff is not especially hard to see.

Kyousogiga and Kekkai Sensen are two that come to mind. Not that either ended badly, but they definitely faltered in their second halves.

Loved the first few episodes, but I think the premise feels like they were building up a lot more than what they had time to deliver.
