The Accelerator part is just for shitposting. Fact is that when it comes to powers and abilities a Level 6 Accelerator would be just as powerful as any other Level 6. At that high of a level you start losing your "traditional" ESPer powers and gain new ones that sorta resemble Kakine's powers (but are fundamentally different).
The identity of the Level 6 is pointless.
