At this point they're too old to be anything but. JAM Project is a super group made up of some of the best names in the anime/videogame music scene in Japan. They've been going balls out for more than a decade now.
There's Mr. Cha La Head Cha LA Hironobu Kageyama; Masaaki Endoh, the voice of Yuusha Oh Tanjou, the GaoGaiGar Opening amoung others; the one with the perm, looking a little like a Japanese James May in the back is Yoshiki Fukuyama, the singing voice of Nekki Goddamn Basara from Macross 7,not to mention the singer of Makka Na Chikai, the opening of Busou Renkin which might just be the most perfect Op to a shonen anime ever; the lovely lady in the back is Masami Okui responsible for a fucking fleet of anime op/eds in the 90's from Utena, Slayers, Sorcerer Hunters, etc.
And there's someone else in there who's name eludes me at the moment, but I never recognized him from anything the 00's so he might be a more recent vintage than the others.
