Well, to be fair, they had hueg ship above their heads and couldn't see anything not only above, but even on horizon.
The ship is gigantic, so everything that's going on between Saitama and Boros is completely unseen by everyone below. And even when shit starts to go down and there's collateral damage all over the place from their battle, by that point Tatsumaki is already bombarding the ship with debris, so they have no way to tell if a shockwave or explosion came from said bombardment or something else. So when the ship finally does go down from the Serious Punch, they just assume it was from Tatsumaki's bombardment.
Obviously, it's a very contrived way to hide Saitama's power and accomplishment from the rest of the heroes so the recurring joke of the series can keep going, but it still makes sense given the circumstances.

No, they were having a battle ON TOP of the ship that all the other S-Class were below. As in, there was a giant kilometers long space craft BETWEEN Saitama's battle and were the S-Class were. To my knowledge, none of the S-Class have X-ray vision. On top of that, they were also somewhat preoccupied with the murderous regenerating alien relentlessly trying to slaughter them. As for why they didn't notice the parting clouds? I'd imagine the alien ship falling out of the sky right on top of them was probably a slight bit of a distraction.
