This Kei Kurona girl is a dead ringer for alternate universe.
It's like a fusion of Kei KISHIMOTO and Kei KURONO.
Anyway it's Oku Hiroya shamelessly getting another artist to cash on the early days of Gantz where everything was just a group of people hunting aliens, getting killed, having sex, rinse and repeat.
This is already lacking though, two chapters and there isn't single pair of breasts in display.

This can turn out to be not so bad actually, by starting over in an alternate continuity there are chances for:
- No TAEEEE-CHAAANNN bullshit.
- New Kei not being an ungrateful bitch and fall for the guy who busted his ass saving her, not the dude who cries for the dead.
- New Kei not dying early, possibly not all since she seems the protagonist of this retelling.
- No Catastrophe bullshit.
- No Alien God that says souls don't exist and yet ends up saying that souls are composed of feasible materials and he can make them.

Actually Gantz doesn't have many spin-offs.
- There were two Light Novels.
- One Manga One-Shot detailing how Oku came up with Gantz.
- Two Live-Action Movies.
Hell, that's basically nothing to what some series get nowadays and Gantz was a big hit even if it became shit, Gantz-G is pretty much the only other Manga Spin-off.
