That would be more the kind of guy she would use as a meaning to an end. Not the kind of guy she would fall for.
Neither the guy above, that's pretty much Gamagoori and while she feels profound respect and cares deeply for him its comradery rather than romance.
It probably be someone strong but with a sophisticated gentle side. Someone able to aid her but also that allows her a shoulder to rest and enjoy the positive things in life. Look at Soroi which at the end of the series was still the sole person Satsuki allowed herself to relax completely and share her wishes and insecurities. She doesn't need to be a warrior or political figure around him and her lover more likely be someone able to offer her the same.
I don't like characters that turn into moeblobs.
