First of all only females suck blood and you are most likely a male mosquito, thus you are the sub in your relationship.
I remember a bio professor telling us that in all seriousness you could completely wipe out the mosquito population and there would be no noticeable effects. Things that feed on them feed on enough other things that it wouldn't matter and the amount of disease they spread doesn't actually do anything to thin any herds in any sort of noticeable way, especially not humans. They're just one of nature's little annoying piece of shit. And actually there are lots of plants and animals that fit this bill. Lots of people for whatever reason think every little piece of the food web in every single biome is some integral part of some difficult balance to maintain, but that's really not the case at all most of the time.
