Well he has the Almighty and at the moment is stronger than Yhwach. I would be pissed, if Ichigo could somehow defeat Haschwalth. Ichigo probably needs to train during the next days and utilize his giver-Quincy power, if he wants to defeat Yhwach and Haschwalth, maybe under Ryuken, Kukkaku or Ginjou. Maybe he could create his own Sternritter. You've to admit though, that this arc explored alot of things about the Bleach world, especially when it comes, what happened in the past or mysteries like, why Komamura is a wolf. It was actually only once Renji vs Mask happened, that the story stopped to exlpore things, though that gave us Giselle, so I can't comlain too much. But once the Soul King was killed, Kubo actually started to explain and explore the world again. We actually found out alot this year.

Ignoring massive anime or movie backlog boosts, individual volume sales for pretty much all the top 10(top selling manga for 2015) have increased before their respective boosts and have been steady or continuing to increase every year. Not to mention all the new successful series have been steadily increasing overtime too.
But there are a few that have been steadily decreasing overtime, and the most notable ones are Bleach, Toriko, and Nisekoi. There was a sharp decrease in sales for individual volume sales for Bleach at one point too. It never recovered after that.

That only happened with Bazz-B and Ukitake. Ukitake will probably revived somehow, probably by Yhwach, so he can be controlled. And Bazz-B, together with Giselle and Liltotto will probably revealed to be only mostly dead and somhow have survived. After seeing Hyori surviving being cut in half, I'm not believing any death, that isn't complete overkill, until there's a definite confirmation. In Japan the usual punishment isn't being fired, but rather being demoted. Which is exactly what's happening with Bleach. They won't cancel it, but rather put it constantly on the bottom. Oda once complained about the rankings being biased. If memory serves me right, then One Piece as a punishment, for Oda saying that, was put much lower, than it usually is.Though there's also the fact, that Jump main readership and the average Bleach fan are from different demographics. The "normal" Jump reader, at least according to the higher ups, are the 10-15 years old. But the normal Bleach reader, who also buys the volume is around 17-25. They once belonged to the jump demographic, but grew out of it. Bleach's current style and story is not really suited for younger readers, unlike One Piece, where Oda is very cautious to make his story and still acceptable for even young readers. The result is, that Bleach has problems getting new readers, plus the old readers, who left because they wanted things to end with Aizen, while One Piece is the manga for the whole family. The one time Kubo specifially designed something for his younger readers was Ichigo's Fullbring suit and even then his thoughts were, that the older readers wouldn't like it and would be glad, once Ichigo would get his old powers back.

One reason could be, that before that, Hollows didn't exist. During Bazz-B's flasback, there were neither humans nor Hollows. One would think for a race, that supposedly gained powers to fight them, Hollow hunting would be part of their training. But also, during Bazz-B's flasback it looked like Quincy were either the majority or even the sole occupant of the world of the living. Since Quincy can't hollowy, the number of Hollows was either low or nonexistent. Since Quincy are descendents of Yhwach, who in turn is a descendent of the Soul King, Hollows are by conclusion poisonous to the Soul King. I would say, the Shinigami created Hollows as an anti-Quincy weapon, that went horribly right and now have to deal with the consequences. We know artificial hollows and hollowfication are a thing. Aizen created a Hollow, that infect and hollowfy other souls. He could got the idea from there, because Aizen never created something original, but always stole the inventions of others or reverse-engineered him. Aizen was afterall in the forbidden section of the libary and in the Royal Palace once.

The resolution would be better if she resigned to never get with Ichigo. I really like Orihime but she doesn't really have much chemistry with Ichigo and I find her the most fun to watch when she interacting with characters other than Ichigo, whether its Chad or Riruka or Uryu or Rangiku or Rukia. In fact the only scene between Orihime and Ichigo I've enjoyed is the one where he's asleep and she's saying good bye which barely counts, if at all, as a character interaction.
If she got over him maybe their dynamic could change for the better and who knows, maybe IchiHime wouldn't seem like such a terrible paring at that point.

Well, she already tried to do that in the beginning of the Hueco Mundo Arc.
She resigned to give up her life for the safety of others, especially Ichigo. This was seen in her goodbye scene.
Even though she was committed to her sacrifice, Ichigo defied all odds and saved her.
It was after this that Orihime's love and understanding only increased.

I don't think there's enough time to do much with that. If Kubo does something like that most of it would be off screen and it would be lame.
I'd prefer she just get over him entirely before anything starts. Besides, Ichigo just doesn't seem interested in Orihime that way despite the fact he finds her attractive.

Funny, she never ended up even trying to get rid of the Hyogyouko(sp?). That loose end always annoyed me as I felt like Kubo was foreshadowing a big moment for her that never came. If he ends up wrapping that loose end up in this last arc now that Aizen has been released I will hail Kubo forever.
As far as her resolution in that arc, the wrap up to it kind of left her back at square 1. Yeah she's got a little more resolve now and she's commuted to helping Ichigo but she was already doing that before. It was unsatisfactory for me at least.

It hasn't been completely ignored since then as there have been a scene or two here and there to remind you of Uryu's feelings but like many of the relationships in Bleach its been severely neglected. Kubo tends to do that though as we've seen with the last dozen or so chapters he's trying to resolve a lot of these loose ends like he did with Mayuri and Nemu and Kyouraku and Nanao.
So I don't think Orihime and Uryu is too much of a stretch and Kubo could try to make it work with a few chapters at once like he does in trying to resolve some of the other loose ends of the series. I figure he's going to try and resolve Uryu's feelings for Orihime but I have to admit its probably not likely to go the way I'd like to to. At this point I think he's as likely, if not more so, to die than to get with Orihime.
