How do you feel about Beet coming back? Do you even know what it is? Because it's one of the action fantasy out there, coming back after a 10 years hiatus. Worth it for the world building alone. What a year has this been.

Speaking of which, I played the DS game for this using the knowledge from the manga, and it was a pretty neat experience. Battles play a bit like Star Ocean 2, with 5 characters. You can recruit generics at the guild, but there's a MC, who can even build his own saiga, and the manga characters appear too.

Pretty floored honestly. I obviously haven't read it in 10+ years, and I can't remember where I left off. But the fact its coming back is pretty fucking cool, I'm sure when I decide to catch up I'll remember what the fuck was going on. I really liked the whole "rpg levels and exp is real" aspect of it, though since it was the first of that type I ever saw maybe I'm looking at it with rose-colored glasses.

Jesus, I was convinced this was a 90's series when I read it years and years ago. It coming back is definitely a nice surprise, I hope it'll actually get discussion and stuff from here when it starts back up. It probably won't get an anime in the near future, so the threads should be relatively free from shitposters, since most probably wouldn't even recognize it.
