The beauty of mushishi for me is this: it's really really simple.
Mushishi wants to tell you 40 something stories, it tells you 40 something stories.
This stories range from sad to melanchonic to heart warming and they are always good: i can't think of a single bad episode.
It's the perfect example of something that is simple and really really well done.
And since we love it and it's simple we can't shit on it, so we don't talk about it.
