All 13 episodes of the series will premiere around the world all at once on Netflix, sometime in 2016. However, Netflix members in Japan will have to wait three days after the original linear air date before being able to watch each episode. Now, that's really a first, because it's usually the other way around.
The press release said: "This deal marks a milestone in how Anime is distributed on a global scale giving quicker and more efficient access to great Anime titles to Netflix members and fans around the world at the same time. AJIN: Demi-Human is the latest Anime title from Polygon Pictures to premiere exclusively on Netflix outside of Japanese broadcast with Knights of Sidonia premiering last summer to strong fanfare."

They didn't lose A+ on subete because of translations, the Nyaa TLC moderator couldn't find any major translation problems with either release. They lost A+ because the other release is a barely edited Crunchyroll script. Why the reviewer felt the need to compare each release against Crunchyroll's script instead of each other seems unusual in itself and reeks of politics.

duplex and Herkz, who wasn't involved in the Nyaa review at all but stuck his nose in anyway because he's tsun for DDY, did initially sprout nonsense about the translations on their twitter safe spaces before the Nyaa review. Whether that was through malice or simple ignorance is up to you to decide.
You have a point about hana, but it's no surprise they don't care about completing it. The staff that ran the hana project and completely botched the first release didn't take responsibility. They then further botched an attempted mutiny within the group, and rage quit before the could be fired. Or so the story goes.
Even if they do finish it, which seems unlikely, I doubt it'll be in any way comparable to the commie or even coalgirl releases. No one will bother downloading any future hana releases of theirs except to scrutinize the heck out of them.
As for maria, having only watched their BD release I didn't notice any errors, and nothing of the sort as been said in the Maria threads I've seen here. You'll have to post examples.
