Okay people, let me ask you a pertinent question, a bored and disinterested teenager hears that the Queen of England is driving in a car down the street. He and his friends go to see it because there’s nothing better to do. They get there, and it’s literally just a bunch of cars driving down the street. So he does a perfectly normal thing that I would do in the exact same situation; he pulls out his phone and starts surfing the internet. Now, admittedly, if it were me, I’d be on twitter or anime/videogame sites, but Inaho is more responsible than me. So he finds out that eggs are on sale and goes “oh cool.”
Why is this a huge logical inconsistency? I don’t get it. Would most of you give enough shits to watch the Queen of England driving down a street on your TV, from the comfort of your house? Would any of you actually bother to go out onto a bridge and watch the procession driving down the street when it’s legitimately nothing more than some fancy cars? Or would you just not give a fuck and keep watching anime instead? I would be doing the latter because I don’t give two shits about the Queen of England, fancy cars, or world-affairs in general that don’t directly affect me. Why the hell is it that Inaho is now referred to as eggs-kun from this stupid throwaway line? It’s fucking retarded.

Hiro was deadpan and practically emotionless throughout GW, just like Eggs. In both the manga and anime he would suddenly come up with some way to defeat a enemy or asspull some solution to some problem. Hiro also had some guy who rivaled him and that he could never truly defeat.
