depends on your definition of /fit/. current fit barely lifts, so in that respect yes. otherwise they're valid exercise but neglect overall programming.

He could get fit by /a/ standards. It's a decent set of exercises and I suppose that retarded dance might work for cardio. 15 minutes of exercise a day would be a good start to better fitness. The show could do better putting together a proper routine but given they have two minutes an episode to work with it cant be helped I guess.
