The Conductor would probably be the MC, the story told from her perspective. But each episode or arc would revolve around the other rail workers and their adventures dealing with passengers, baggage handlers/clerks/rail workers at individual locations, railway problems, and the places they go to. MC would have a crush on Engineer-tan, but Engineer-tan is too absorbed in their job to even notice her. The more I think about it the more I want it
