The logical decision would be Gohan reacting to Piccolos "death" by changing back to his mystic form and giving this form of Freeza a decent fight before maybe going down at the end of the episode. But yeah since he's a faggot in a tracksuit now I guess he'll have a premature outburst of tearful rage just to go down seconds later by another laser of Freeza.

Gohan always did pretty well in popularity polls and such, he definitely has fans, specially after Cell and Majin Buu arcs, is because of Super and Return of F movie that people started hating on him.
