Hopefully the characters blend in the environment good enough, its always the bad contrast between the backgrounds and the characters coupled with powerpoint tier fps that made me loathe CGI. But hell, I watched ronja and webm related.

Not bad, it looked better than I expected. Not sure what to say about the grimdark edgy setting featuring lolis and shotas though, will depend on the execution I guess.
I only clicked this thread because the girl in the thumbnail looked like Anemone.
Pretty disappointed by the rest of her design.

Aesthetically it looks fine, but the character animation still looks too unnatural and Japan needs to get rid of the idea that cinematic 8-12 frames per second = GOOD ANIME FEEL. Etotama showed us that it's possible to animate at a higher frame-rate with natural animation while still retaining a distinct anime art style, but it seems the rest of the industry isn't really there yet.

Normally it would take 5 to 10 frames to do the same scene but here was near 20. And no QUALITY.
Look, I'm OK with Iron Blood Orphans but if they use the same tech in their anime, it will be better for me.

Say that to the japanese viewers, pal.
Their goal is make the 3D as much as near of 2D as possible.
It's exact opposite of our goal.
It's made like clay-animation, not with mocaps + phisical engine.
That's why it its 8-12 frames.
Also I bet our uncanny valley and japanese uncanny valley has different shapes.
