Cyber Sleuth's. It actually has something resembling functionality. It has enough buttons so that you can do more with it than just evolve your mon and use it as a watch.

Hmm, tough call. The D-ark is by far the most interesting due to card slash, and has a decent design. The colored ring around the screen is great. I'd say that's my favorite.
But I also like the straight lines of the D-burst, and if given the choice in real life, I would prefer the one that can unlock forms all the way to Ultimate+ without any other items. Yeah, blue cards were eventually not needed, but that doesn't mean they didn't do anything the first time.
