lots of inner dialogue, for sure. What I'm really hoping for is for the show to still offer the viewer to play along with the puzzling intricacies of people's testimonies. Even though most of the people that will be watching this will have already played the games, it'd still be nice.

the old one is more stylized and matched the tone of the game, where you have cases that involves you interrogating parrots and other wacky people, yet isn't overbearring when the game had its serious moments involving death of characters and heated court battles.
the new style is too sharp and even though they still excel in bringing out life to the cast through expressions and dialogue, overall it just doesn't feel as whimsical and silly.
The first game had a 'mwahhahaha' mustache-twirling evil villain looking guy as some "final boss" prosecutor and the third game had a fucking coffee loving laser cyclops looking guy, but then everything post-T&T had prosecutors that are all just bishounen not-edgeworth characters.
Should've ended at Trials and Tribulations.
