The US and Canada to cope absorbed all its special forces units into SWORD(Special Warfare Ordinance Response Department) where its operators will be armed with up to date weaponry. SWORD operators are supported by drones, robotic soldiers and specialized powered exoskeletons which makes them more powerful than the average drone or human soldier.
MC is an operator for SWORD and the series follows his deployments against ISIS.
Eventually it is shown that a cartel of PMCs were responsible for getting funds and arms to ISIS, using Saudi Arabia as a front. The cartel is known as SHIELD(Social Humanistic International Economic Liberation Deal) which intends to use ISIS to weaken the EU and world governments and force governments to be dependent upon them for safety as the US and Canada already did. This is done in order to completely remove the notion of the State and establish a true free market economy with truly perfect competition.
SHIELD contractors would range from normal soldiers to specialized elites that received augmentation, giving them superhuman strengths stronger than the powered exoskeleton wielding operators of SWORD.

However, he ends up summoning a succubus instead, but decides to go with it, assuming she could seduce the boss before MC goes in and makes the kill. Turns out that's not the case, as the succubus is not only inexperienced in seduction, but has eyes for the MC only.
The first half is a succubus rom-com/harem with the murder plot as a framing device, but then it turns dark partway through as the MC starts building up an army out of his succubi harem to take down not only the boss, but the entire yakuza government.
