Julis has the best writing from an objective standpoint. Ouka second best, and then Stella is dead last with very weak writing.
If we talk best moe, then that goes to Mari who is a secondary hero. Maria trails behind her and she is followed by Shizuku for second and third best respectively. Both also secondary heroines.
