Like sure he's a fine hero and likable to some extent, but I really don't understand all the praise he gets.
Even in terms of power I'd say he should probably just be in high A, not S.

What? He was getting his ass handed to him, Garou only even found him when he was thrown through the air by the monster, and he was already horribly beat up by the time they started fighting, to the point where Garou was let down that he wouldn't be able to fight metal bat at his best.

Its like America's high school football player or cheerleader characters in cartoons.

Because he's funny. He's a random delinquent dude who uses a freaking baseball bat in combat, and somehow that's enough for him to beat giant monsters to death. Also, he's a pretty friendly dude.
