A guy goes into his first day of high school expecting high school to be the worst time of his life (due to a vaguely explained poor middle school experience that gets explained later in the series). Determined to float through his three years without any attention drawn to him, he plans to pass his classes and avoid standing out in any way, including avoiding any attempts to make friends or date. However, in his first class, a girl comes up to him and immediately asks him to marry her. He assumes she's joking or being bullied, but the girl is insistent. He turns her down, citing that he isn't ready to be married.
Instead of deterring her, the girl continues to pursue him. She tries to make lunch for him, invite him to hang out after school, pair up with him in class, that sort of thing. This drives the boy mad, especially since it's causing people to pay attention to him and talk to him. One day, when he and the girl are alone and she tries to propose again, he finally snaps and tells her he's just not interested. The girl doesn't want to give up, and asks if there's a way she can prove she can be a good wife once and for all.
Realizing that she just gave him a chance to finally rid her from his life, and one she would have to honor if she fails, he makes a bet with her. They just had midterms, with him placing eighth in the class and her placing 160th in a class of 180. He tells her that he needs a spouse on equal intellectual terms with him. The wager is that she has to place in the top five of their grade before the end of the school year. If she fails, they won't be able to get married. If she succeeds, he'll accept her proposal. He also adds other rules to the wager, such as having to place in certain rankings each trimester (such as top 50 for first trimester), with rewards for achieving them such as dates. To top it all off, there are rumors that years ago an older woman died in a drunk driving incident on her way home from a friend's wedding, and that her spirit still haunts the conbini during the twilight hours, seeking retribution and comfort for her lonely life.

She also notes she's normally at the top of her class, but her pursuit of the guy caused her grades to slip. The guy runs off, not wanting to accept he is now engaged to a crazy girl.
Later that night, the girl shows up with her parents to announce their engagement. Bizarrely, his mother and her father knew each other in high school, her dad being a tutor for his mom. Her dad is a powerful attorney and says that he could bring up a lawsuit if the boy doesn't honor the arrangement. Even thought he contract has no real legal weight, the boy's parents offer to just arrange a marriage with the girl's parents. The contract states the boy has to accept the proposal and marry her, so they decide the two can simply marry three years from then, when the boy will be 18 and they will have graduated high school.
The series then follows the boy and girl through their high school years. The boy is forced to confront his anti-social behavior and his issues with the past, while also starting to realize he cares more about the girl than he realizes. The girl also helps him make friends and figure out a career path he never expected, while also hiding the idea that there is a deeper reason for why she proposed to the boy on the spot.
So yeah, romantic comedy/slice-of-life idea.

It's about a boy who's essentially homeless in Feudal-era Japan at the onset of Autumn and follows his attempts to make something of himself and the people/relationships, situations and themes he deals with while doing this.
Mecha in an alternate earth. I really only have an outline so don't expect much.
Sponsored teams of pro-pilots face off in scheduled battles all around the world (similar to F1). The teams are made up of 5 mechs, that generally fall under the roles of attack, defense, and support, teams aren't limited to which types they field. Our protag is a support pilot who just accepted onto a fairly successful team sponsored by a large corporation. The corporation is a mech manufacturer for the government of their country (Empire A), and uses the team to test new models as well as weapons. Their big rival from the neighboring country (Republic B) is sponsored by an automaker, and has less access to newer model mechs and weapons, but are more crafty because of it.
The show follows our protag's team most of the time, with some asides to the rival team. Like any good sports-like anime the team is not used to each other at first, but with practice, and strat explanations for the viewer, they progressively get better, and more cohesive. It would have the standard tournament arc at the end of the first battle season, with seeding based on the points accrued throughout the season.
If this idea were somehow to make it into reality, after the first two battle seasons a war breaks out between the Empire and Republic, some foreshadowing during would occur as our team is connected to a mech manufacturer. Some of the members from our MC's team, go off to fight in the war. Of course some of the Republic team join their military as well.
I kind of based it on Zoids New Century, maybe I'll try to write a more story focused outline for the next Anime Plot thread.

At school he has always seemed to gather more attention from female students than males due to being raised by 4 women, thereby understanding them better. This was the MC's whole life up until high school and despite being surrounded by bitches he has never had a girlfriend and most importantly he has never had a best friend. Guys where always jealous of him for being a literal "chick magnet" and never spoke to him. They just assumed he was a stuck up ladies man. MC was in fact very lonely. He never had anyone he could just talk to about bullshit and what, no one to pay video games with, and no one to bro it up with. Soon MC was in high school and it seemed history was about to repeat itself. The day isn't even half way done and he already has garnered the attention of the tsundere class rep, the shy literacy girl, the energetic track star, and the cold-hearted kendo upperclassman.
After swimming through pussy the first after half of the day it was finally lunch time. While eating his bento in peace on the roof he was met by another boy from his class. He asked if he could eat lunch with him; MC being nervous yet eager gladly told him yes. During the course of the lunch break they began to get to know one another. I turns out he from another school and his friends all when to another school.

Realizing his folly he quickly apologizes for the way he ask him and proceeds to walk off embarrassed. On his way out the door the boy grabs the cuff the MC's jacket and, being the funny man that he is, say "Um, I-I would mind being your f-friend..." all the while fidgeting like a looking girl. They both pause and then begin to burst into laughter. Thus begins there path to bro-ness. The rest of the story consist of the two of them having fun and doing all the stuff lame high school boys do, but underneath all of this happiness the four aforementioned girls are plotting among each other to split the MC and his friend up so that they could all have him for themselves (they all agreed on a harem end)literacy girl is scheming behind all of this to take the MC for herself.It's a long journey (roughly 13 episodes) to put their new found friendship to the test. There will be lies, deceit, heartbreak, and happiness. Can there friendship make it; will they prove it's really "Bros before Hoes"?

Actually I felt it would be better if the best friends is always questioning his internal motives, his personality, and where he fits in the world. I want there to be a lot of quiet shots where the best friend is all alone questioning himself. Inside he's sad and angry but he can't show it, he just sits there and stays the comic relief when he's around the hareMC and his harem. The last 3 episodes ends with a big confrontation with the hareMC and the best friend about how one gets everything and how the other gets nothing only to end with the best friend dropping everything and leaves town. Then the best friend find "himself" or whatever he was looking for and comes back, about a month later and makes up with his best friend. The best friend learns that life isn't fair but that doesn't mean he shouln't keep living his life, master of his own destiny and such. The final scene would be him meeting and talking to a shy girl on the train.
It should start out like a textbook harem that slowly unravel. I really want the audience to be disgusted with themselves for watching it at times.

While walking home from school MC bumps into the delinquents from earlier. They start yell at her and her friends, then she tells him that this is their turf and if they don't move then they're gonna be some consequences and repercussions. Then she challenges them to a turf war after school the next day.
Main character is the constantly losing rival in shounen battle action. We see how much he trains and all the different strategies he employs to beat various opponents, but always loses to some bullshit mid fight powerup.

RL tells her that he's gonna be a gentleman and not hit her in her "pretty face" and MC says "To bad I can't say the same thing for you" and rushes RL, but unfortunately her fighting skills are no match for his and she getting abused with multiple body checks. Aikido-chan tells her to give up before she gets herself killed and that she is taking this too far. MC screams at her to shut up and says "What? Am I just supposed to stop now and just go about my "normal" school life and going about doing what everyone expects me to? I'm tired of doing people want me to do, now I知 gonna do what "I" wanna do". RL is taken by her speech, but that doesn't stop him landing one last uppercut to her midsection. But it was all a part of her plan, now she laches on to his arm, pull him forward and punches him square in the face with ringed finger knocking him out in the process. Everyone is aw struck by the scene and in the silence MC yells "Oi, Listen here you shit faced bastards, my favorite snacks are pudding cups and pocky, that means I want them every day at 2:00 on the dot. Got it you punks?!" There former boss gets up and proudly says 添es Big Sis!・prompting the others to do so as well.

The series follows MC who is a SWORD operator in his deployments against the Islamic State which is funded by Saudi Arabia and the UAE before uncovering a plot by a cartel of corporations SHIELD(Social Humanistic International Economic Liberation Dealership) that sells weapons to Saudi Arabia and the UAE in hopes of beefing up IS and worsen the already chronic refugee crisis the EU is experiencing in hopes of getting the EU, Russia and China dependent upon them and systematically take away the power of the state and the UN to create a perfectly free market economy and a true state of perfect competition.
In the animu, SWORD will be donning powered exoskeletons and wearable tech alongside drone and droid support. The IS will have drones and droids which can go into suicide mode when heavily damaged supported by human infantry. EU, Russia and China would have the same army composition as the IS with droids serving as shields for human troops. PMCs will have specialized cyborg troops with differing levels of augmentation with some giving operators superhuman strength over regular soldiers.
