I watched the entire series, and Shinji did nothing but become increasingly fucking annoying with each episode. All he ever did was bitch and moan 24/7. He pissed me off so much I felt like I was going to pop a blood vessel just by looking at his faggot face. Rei was the only reason I even finished the show.
