Super takes place in the 10 years before the Buu Saga, so, yes, it's all pre-epilogue.
They haven't referenced the epilogue in actual Super material though, but it had been referenced in BoG/RoF press release stuff, as events taking place before it.
I guess Super will just have its own version of the epilogue at some point, just like how it's remaking the movies.
