There's literally no way Kaneki gets out of this in good graces.
Ways this can play out:
1. Kaneki stays with the CCG, kills his best friends Tsukiyama and Hinami for the sake of sucking up to Arima and keeps living as an investigator (unlikely)
2. Kaneki kills Eto, meets Washuu and his crew at the top of the building, Washuu demands he finish of Tsukiyama, he most likely would refuse even though Washuu would never grant him ownership rights. This leads to Kaneki betraying the CCG and trying to escape with Tsukiyama and Kanae (unlikely)
3. Kaneki and Eto don't finish fighting, Eto escapes and the situation is the same as above with Kaneki having to leave the CCG to save Tsukiyama
4. Eto answers Kaneki about "Why he should be saving her" by explaining that he's in no position to be saving anybody, but that he needs to be saved. He'd better get down on his hands and knees to beg her to help him escape or at least take Tsukiyama away or something. No matter what he does he's fucked, he really shouldn't be fighting Eto as an enemy right now if she can help him escape the situation without taking the blame I.E being "kidnapped" or something.

I'd say the only real candidates are Ui and Matsuri. If Kaneki decides to play the ruse game and pretend he's still Haise, Ui will survive as being the Sargent Doakes of that arc, otherwise he could get killed when he makes it up the stairs.

More than that: thematically CCG is hugely important as a facet of V, who are and have always been the ultimate antagonists of this series.
Haise remaining in CCG gives an angle into V that is denied almost everybody else trying to pin down V's movements. Not to mention the balancing act between ghoul savior and investigator is pretty symbolic.
If he ever leaves CCG, it will probably occur after some huge revelation of V's plots. Maybe bringing the remaining Qs up to speed and anybody he trusts- like Akira- before fleeing altogether.
