In Parts 1 and 2 it is stated that the Stone Mask unlocks the potential of the human brain.
In Part 6 people are turned into snails because they believe they are snails. Purely due to a subconscious message to the brain.
I'd argue that Mikitaka in Part 4 is not actually an alien, and simply gained his powers when he BELIEVED he was an alien as his mother alluded to.
In fact if Kishibe Rohan used his power to make someone believe in something absolutely, they would achieve it or become it. A human may even ascend to The Ultimate Life Form because of the brain's power in the JoJoverse.

This sounds pretty bullshit. I'm no scientist but entropy would still make it that a reaction resulting in another universe would be the least likely thing to happen, even if people argue we don't know enough about the universe to be sure it'll end in heat death. I was under the impression the expansion of the universe is everything away from everything else and just more empty space, unless we hit a "wall" I don't see any collapse happening, it'll just keep on spreading thin until all energy is perfectly dissipated.
That's not to say a work of fiction is in any wrong for taking it that way, specially after weather turning people into snails

Either way, F.F. was originally genderless plankton and didn't identify itself as human let alone their sexes/genders/whatever. Once it took the body of the girl it had to take on the identity of a girl and after the adventures it identified itself as physically that girl and mentally/spiritually as a person. Her goddamn ghost carrying her spirit and memories took the appearance of a girl.
With all that said, there's really no basis on which to call F.F. a "he", it spends its conscious and independent life as a she and recognizes itself as one. Even if you go by what it originally was, its a multitude of plankton with no defined sex or gender and no considerations of itself, so you'd go with "it".

Recently started part V, got to end of fight with Black Sabbath. So far scanlations aren't even bad. But it seems somehow uninteresting. Will it get better later with some new characters, or i have to wait for Polnaref to appear again to get things interesting?

Definitely not if you account for Jotaro and DIO being able to stop time. He was definitely OP and it's bullshit that he didn't get more fights, but he'd probably have trouble with Iggy, DIO and Jotaro.

Part 5 is the worst for a reason. And yea, you'll notice a huge drop in scanlation quality whenever the good scans end (after Grateful Dead I think).
It still has some good fights that make it worth reading, but I felt like I had to power through the last 100 or so chapters just to get to Part 6.
