Well, prices have risen and the Yen has fallen relative to the dollar, but in the past a McChicken (or two apple pies or whatever was on the dollar menu) was definitely affordable for the equivalent of 100 yen.
Readers of the manga, does this series have any lolis? Lolis make any slice of life ten times more comfier.
Also how many dudes are there, or is it all girls? Is the comedy good or is it another slice of life with "comedy" like most good ones tend to be?

It's supposed to be a comedy but it's hardly funny. It's a comedy first and a SoL second, so that's bad. Most of the appeal is candy nostalgia and fanservice. Since you're not Japanese, the former won't happen with you, at best you'll get candy trivia.

One last question, how does this manga compare to Yuru Yuri? S3 of that anime hasn't been funny at all (except a few times) but it's really fun and really comfy. Is this series anything close to it, or is it a joke in comparison, or in between?
