I would say Berserk, the conclusion of each character arc and overall story is pretty much the most tragic yet beautiful thing put together in history of entertainment. In the end it really does leave you with a bittersweet taste in your mouth almost desperate for more.

i pretty much cried at the end of Berserk, no TV show has made me as invested in the characters like that since like The Office since I grew up watching it. I get chills when I hear the one song that plays during Casca and Guts more intimate scenes.
I just hope Hollywood doesn't try to adapt it. Griffiths english dub was perfect, no one could possibly do it better.
