Does anyone get really depressed when they realize they won't ever experience an anime for the first time again
>tfw you will never be 14 and watch TTGL and feel hype and hope rush through your veins at such intensity again
Nope.

Gurren Lagann came out when I was 20.

What is it like being 28 and on /a/?
>>134077368
Watching TTGL is still a blast faggot.
A good anime stays good, even after you watched it 3 times.

like looking at a timewarp, watching a board get younger and younger while repeating the same discussions while I post less and less.
I come here to save memes t b h
>>134077554
Of course it stays good but I'm talking about the initial feeling of discovery and wonder that it gives you that fades after the first viewing
Just fill the void by watching more
>>134077368
still gets the adrenaline and blood pumping even after you've seen it though
>>134077676
looks like whether you're 14 or 28, you can still shitpost
Not really.
If something is genuinely good then I usually prefer rewatches to the first watch. I find that knowing the goal and path of the show means I can enjoy it more.

Feelings are overrated.

Just wait until you're old and you get Alzheimer's, then you can watch everything for the first time again as often as you like.

maturity is disregarding the illusion of immaturity
You dont remember they key moments in just the first time though.
The second time is alwaysthe best.
Also i havent watched ttgl yet and im gonna watch it with my only freind in single day/night in 3 days from today

You probably don't remember the key moments because you rush things into a single day
