There is a modest amount of anime dubbed into Arabic. I wish there was more, but a least there is something.
I'm honestly surprised something as "mature" as Gundam Wing got subbed. I bet 00 would have been subbed to if not for the fact that Setsuna was a ex-Muslim brainwashed child soldier who became atheist and sees Gundam as a replacement for God as an active force for change (plus the name "Celestial Being" is also probably provocative)
