Genshiken is so nice, I was so upset with the last season and the seiyuu's changement...
I recommend the manga too.
Mushishi, Tamayura, K-On!, NNB, Natsume Yuujinchou, and Ore Monogatari are some of my favorites.
I'm halfway through Shirokuma Cafe and its been amazing so far.

It does get a bit gloomy but in an interesting way, the only part that i wouldn't call comfy was the reveal about Reki, yes the parts with the crows and well were still pretty comfy and interesting.

Pacing mostly, music helps out more than the colors, but the colors too add to the atmosphere. Warmer colors, nature, that sort of thing.
Not really into moe, but when it's well done, i gotta commend it.
