Same here. I'd like to marathon it for the full emotional impact, but I have no idea how long I'll have to wait, and I'll be busy again in January. I'll probably marathon 4 of the episodes on Christmas, and the rest when it's done.

I just finished Mitsuba's arc and holy shit I didn't expect the feels. Together with the Nabe party and Gintoki fighting Nizou I can finally say this anime is top notch in everything it does.

Too bad it has many more lows than highs.

Not really, I'm about a third into it. It's just that the early arcs are mostly awful, the rest is overall better, right?

Are all the small arcs animated, or has the anime adapted every chapter up to certain point? Obviously they can't have done anything, as the manga is ongoing, but I'm asking if they left some chapters without adapting them, and that they clearly won't adapt in the future because they are old or something.
