In regards to original animation: Bones makes lots of mediocre shit.
Madhouse does too but they have more good than bad.

A while ago I would have said Madhouse but they're not quite what they used to be and Bones has been stepping up their game again as of late. Right now, I might put them on equal footing, although I enjoyed Bones shows more this year specifically.

Madhouse has a really great history, but I feel like Bones pulls off atmosphere better (when it has a budget) and that's really all I care about in anime nowadays.
I love Noragami and loved DtB. Shirayuki looks amazing but I couldn't stomach the blatant female wish-fulfillment.
Neither are as good as Kyoani though.
