I read the first few chapters of the manga of this, so my views may not be the same as the LN.
It was.... poorly written.
The first few chapters were basically MC looking at the way the witches fought, then makes an obvious observation, but the witches are like "oh yea you're so smart!"
tl;dr he did fuck all for the manga so far but the girls are wet for him already, which makes it worse than vanadis.
