What era was your favorite as being an anime fan?
the early years when anime was scarce and you have to know a guy who knew a guy in a van to get something you wanted
or more like the Modern era of anime where you can turn any corner and find whatever you wanted with ease

Are we talking about show quality in said era or just how we experienced it? If it was the former I would say early 2000's were my family didn't have cable but every once in awhile I got to go to my grandma's and stay up late to watch One Piece.

Early 2002, like 2002-2006 when where I live mtv used to air a ton of anime.
Trigun, bebop, nge, sayuki, last exile, fma, fmp... That's the root of my becoming an anime fun.
