Why not? You seem to place a disproportionate amount of interest in having at least a chapter in 2015.
Like you don't care that there's no chapter in 2013 outside of the Kurapika special that was made for Phantom Rouge.
So I assume that even a single chapter in the last week of december would redeem the entire year for you.
Therefore we have to wait until the absolute end of 2015 to be sure.

Togashi isn't well enough to return to weekly yet, so no chapter this year. My guess would be he'll return Summer 2016, but it's just a guess.
He's probably just working up a bulk so he can release it all at once.
