Sure, but Bellamy adds more to his character. I think specifically being able to compare how Doffy treats Law and Bellamy says a lot about Doffy, and also argues against people that say Doffy only cares about people that are convenient to him. If that were the case Doffy would've adopted Bellamy into the main family no problem. It's more about their upbringing, background, philosophy, etc. that Doffy has to like.
