The thing is if Akiha went all out right off the bat Lancer would be obliterated by Origami. Then again if lancer goes full throttle there is no way Akiha would be able to keep up. Initiator wins. On equal grounds Lancer wins 9 times out of 10 (except if his luck screws him over).
